For the 3rd oil change (in a row),, you have held me waiting for 2 hours (or more)! That’s unfair use of my time!
You all do a great job… I don’t even complain about your price… nor your product! But Dan…2-hr oil changes??? Come on!
The oil, the cabin filter and the labor against profit,,, means I can’t be getting a dedicated service tech that WHOLE 2 hours. Result: my car is unattended / not being worked on for some time.
Something needs to change - your oil changes used to take 45 minutes!

For the prices we pay at the dealership, I would expect better quality service and not be told things, just so you can charge me for them. My cabin air filter was marked in yellow on the check list. I changed that 3 days ago, so I know it is as clean as could be and doesn’t need to be replaced. The guy said something like well those can get dirty after just a short bit of driving. That was just an excuse instead of being honest. I mention my low tire pressure light was on and the guy said it could be my spare and they would check it. When I was checking out he told me they checked it and filled it up and all was good. I get to my car to leave and guess what, low tire pressure light was on. I was a little frustrated because I’d know been lied to twice, and some of the charges didn’t make sense either, so went home to look things over. I checked my spare tire and the tire pressure was only 21 PSI, so I know they didn’t even look. I filled it up and the tire pressure light went off. I expect excellent service when I bring my vehicle there because we are paying a premium to do so. If I’m 100% honest, you just lost my confidence in your service and the dealership, and I will probably be taking my service and any future Toyota purchases in the future elsewhere. Also, I don’t know if you stopped putting stickers in the window to let people know when the next oil change is due, but that was not in there either. It is ok if that is something you do anymore, but wanted to mention it as it isn’t something I’m used to seeing.

Zach never followed up with a phone call like I had asked after the initial estimate was sent to my cell phone, I had to call back multiple times and each time he was no where to be found. Fast forward to the next day and everytime I’ve called Sherri explained that he was with a customer and would call back.. two hours later still no phone call. Also Chelsea stated she would be there upon dropping my car off for service and would be my advisor since I had good luck with her help.. I come in Wednesday and ask for Chelsea because she said she was working Wednesday morning and nope was told she wasn’t there today, all in all I feel like you guys have dropped the ball on communication and I’m not happy. My car is still in your lot waiting to ask you guys questions about the estimated service.
