All good I was gonna reach out anyway if I had time before I move. Not sure if I didn’t communicate but I was kinda hoping not to have to do the rotors and just the brakes. Comparatively not much money to everything else but was hoping to have saved as much as possible. Also hopefully it’s just tire pressure but wheels pulled right on highway speeds so not too sure how the alignment went. Also my bad I meant to ask but I was a bad rush when I picked it up - needed to figure out what coolant is used for the hybrid system itself because I do not want that going out on me one day. Absolutely great customer service and by all means the parking brake is actually braking, just some small things.

Took too long. Oil change took 3.5 hours & diagnostics took over two hours, but I was only billed for one hour. My vehicle was there from 10 AM until 3:45 PM for an oil change and a one hour diagnostics appointment. No coffee or other beverages while I wait. Toyota of Dsm offers that! I won't be back
And the phone numbers for Wilson to Toyota online don't work & it took me 4 tries to get ahold of service dept due to phone lines being messed up & then they scheduled me for the wrong service. Luckily I called to add an oil change & fixed the issue before I got there. Just disappointing all around

I have been disappointed with the longer than estimated wait times that exceeded promise times of the last two appointments (one for tire rotation, the other for oil change and tire rotation). It should not take nearly two hours for these services.
