The only thing to add is. Toyota dealership in Maplewood, where we bought our cars and serviced would always have coupons on their web site, and would always wash your car after servicing it automatically. We didn't have to request it. Thank you. Toyota are very good cars.

When scheduling services where the customer indicates they will be waiting until the work is done it would be nice if there could be an estimated amount of time it will take for the planned services.

I had an appointment for my 2016 prius because the "hybrid system malfunction see dealership" sign came on. My appointment was at 10 today, June 5. I arrived shortly before 10. Signed in, was told I could get a loaner. Borrowed it. Got a call at 11:52 that the sign went out before the technician looked at it. He said my 12v battery was low. I agreed to have it replaced, only because it would have cost nearly $200 to do nothing and about $300 to get the battery replaced. I waited about 45 minutes. I figured that should be plenty of time to replace a battery. I came back to the shop and waited... and waited... finally asked how long, could I speak to the technician, could I speak to the service contact... no luck. Finally received the fob to the loaner back and left the shop. Finally, at 3:10pm I received a call that my car was done. Over 5 hours and $335 to replace a battery. Seriously? Seriously? This is not the first time this has happened. AND I am with a 3 year old toddler. Not cool.

I cleaned the interior of my car on 6/3 and after my service on 6/5 the floor mats and seats were completely dirty with dust/mud. The side of the plastic around the driver seat are now scuffed permanently and turned the black plastic gray with permanent scratches. I am extremely disappointed because I have only had this car for a little over a year. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you.

Chelsea Kunik is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. On my second visit for Service at Wilson Toyot for oil change and tires rotated and balanced, Chelsea gracefully and apologetically delivered the news to me upon arrival that the visit would likely require two hours. I'm typically forgiving of excessive time required the first time, though not so forgiving on the second visit for fewer service points. Service Department Management should review parameters for scheduling service appointments and times necessary in order to not get bogged down and increase customer service wait times.
