Mechanics need to wash up before getting in or working on vehicles. Grease was on the driver door handle and inside left arm rest and hood of my car.

I was told my oil change would take 1-1.5hrs. It took 2.5hrs. That’s entirely too long for a simple oil change. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Logan was great, but didn't really tell me the cost for an oil change + tire rotation would be $172. That is way above market rate. Went a Toyota in the past year that charged $82. Toyota of DM is charging $80 before taxes. I should have asked for a quote, but I wasn't really expecting that much of a price difference. Guess it's my fault for not asking how much, just make sure you tell your customers how much they are going to pay before you perform something as basic as an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks.
