Wait time was 3 hours for service tech advisor to talk to me Then service looked at car couldn’t see an issue with the car so I explained it again then an hour later they found the issue but I had to leave car overnight to get parts in to fix the issue had to find a ride home cause No loner car available shuttle service didn’t go to my home out of town of Ames
