It wasn't Erik, but the technician. If I hadn't remembered that I just had brake pads and rotors replaced in December, Wilson would have replaced them again. I wasn't happy that they mismeasured at 4 when it was 8, but I suspect it was really 10. I'm not sure how that would have happened.

We were very satisfied with the service we received at Toyota today. We did schedule a service for today when we bought the van. But when we arrived to get the service the service manager (Erik Ott) said we weren’t scheduled. Not sure why & they did get us in for a service so that was good.

Service was great, but took 3 hours. Seemed a bit long for 5000 mile service (inspection, oil & filter change, tire rotation). App’t was at 10:45 and service was complete at 2:45. Other than that, very satisfied. I will be back.
