I brought our Toyota Highlander to be Wilson’s to have a problem repaired.
My first visit, Calvin couldn’t find the problem.
Today I returned to show the mechanic specifically what was going wrong.
I showed Ben what was happening on the interstate. He replaced the spark plugs and filter.
When I left the shop, I went home on the interstate and the Highlander continued withe the same problem.
I don’t have any confidence in the knowledge of your mechanics.
I don’t have to time or money to continue to guess at solutions

Service took 2 hours even though I had appt. Cashier tried to charge me $20 more than the bill I had already received in a text. From the time i received the text saying my car was done it took 30 minutes till I was allowed to pay and get my car. I will never be back.

Upon arrival to appointment, inaccurate information had been entered about the reason for the appointment. Even though had an appointment, the necessary work was not completed in a timely manner and there was no communication about how long it might take. After getting home, a new deep scratch was noted on the end gate of my pickup.

Chelsea customer service is great, she values explaining and making sure I understand what is going on with my car, any source of the problem, what to expect and she point out what if anything happens I can still go back to them for another checking.
