I was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs to do the work when I checked in. It took 2 1/2 hrs. Had I known it would take that long I would have arranged a ride home. This is the second time in a row this has happened.

We scheduled for a time for oil change and tire rotation / and 3 hours later it was finished. You do good service- but need to work on scheduling. Also did not hear back about replacing pull out driver side holder. Was told you would text me with part info.

Last November I had my dash redone because it was one of the Toyota vehicles that was defective(dash cracking and melting). Evidently when the technician replaced my cabin filter he scratched the coating off of the dash leaving a noticeable scratch. It was not there when I dropped my vehicle off and I noticed it when I got home. I went to the body shop today and they are charging me $50 to repair the scratch. I am not asking Wilson's to pay for the repair (accidents happen) but I felt that I should make someone aware. It IS a very old car BUT I take care of it like it is brand new and I expect technicians to do the same.

Dropped my car off Monday morning and the issue was identified by early afternoon. After having to debate the charges due to warranty, I was told the vehicle should be ready by end of day Monday. It's now Thursday and I still have no vehicle. I was told yesterday that the mechanic hadn't had the time to get to my vehicle yet, but I don't understand how I seemingly got pushed to the bottom of the priority list when it should've been a quick repair based on my discussions. I'm very unsatisfied with the delay and lack of communication from the shop as to why it's taking so long.

When making a 10 appointment for oil change and tire rotation would not expect to still be waiting for car at 12:30...totally inappropriate....if there was such a big back up....should have been informed when I came in or possibly a phone call so could decide if I should reschedule. Also asked for estimate on replacing driver's side outside mirror that has a chip. Never received so mentioned when paying. She said they would send....have not received.

Erik was professional with my visit but it took over 2 hours for my 6 month service for tire rotation brake and fluid check. Much too long for a simple visit. I know it’s tough to keep employees but most service stops have been too long of a wait.
