Chelsea was fantastic, from check in to updates to getting everything done ahead of time. CJ in parts did a great job also by ordering a special part that arrived in two days and was ready to be installed during my scheduled 5K maintenance service on my 2007 Tacoma PreRunner with 292,000 miles-great truck.

Appreciate the service but please don’t tell customers it will only take 3-4 hours for the airbag recall on the Grand Highlander when you need the vehicle all day. That’s deceptive and can really mess with the way people plan their day. I was planning to wait as I had no ride. In fact, just be honest with all repair time estimates. Thankfully we had purchased the vehicle at Wilson so was lucky enough to be given a loaner for the day. If I wouldn’t have purchased it there, would I have been stuck waiting all day in the waiting room? Please get better at this.

The experience is wonderful !! We are treated as royalty!! I feel they are trustworthy to give my Bluebird excellence, too!! I just wish they could help senior citizens with some kind of discounts as my income keeps getting smaller with inflation. I drive over an hour to get service so I am a dedicated customer. I want to update my care by some years and it would be nice if they could help me with that too with a senior discount as they do with military discounts. Thank you for hearing me out!!! I made an appointment for a simple 10 min job ( my estimate). I was told it would be an hour and a half wait! I mentioned I had an appointment and was told that is just an arrival time but does not reserve a time slot. I would have to wait till the mechanic was free. Ended up only taking one hour, but I am appointment means a reserved time slot, not arrival time.
