I know labor seems (or is) hard to find or keep.. but this is the second time over 2 hrs is being consumed an oil chg / tire rotation. Maybe that’s the new norm… would hope not. You may wish considering how to keep we, the customer appraised of this ‘use of the day’ impact. You all do very good work - but I’d vote that over 2hrs on today’s tire rotation says my car is sitting unworked for many minutes.
Your advertised “$290 for 5 oil chg/inspection/rotation” comes to $60/day-of-serviced. At 2hrs per service (my time consumed for today)… that’s $30/hr. There’s no way you’re doing that - there’s no profit. So this boils down to,, I’m getting ‘dinged’… my car sits… and I sit. Is there a better outcome? I’d like to think so. Or- just tell me in the service attention notice (to my cell ph),,, “your expected service time today is: ____”
