I have concerns that that last time the tires were rotated that a lug was put on wrong and stripped the stud bolt and found it this time. We were told it was a defect on the stud bolt. I am not sure how a incident like this could have missed the first time. I know if you strip a bolt with a nut you would know it. We spoke to Travis in sales about it and he spoke to service department and found out what happened. A strip bolt is human error and not a defect.
