Needs to improve communication with customers. He told me my car would be ready Fri, no call, no text on status. I tried calling got voice mail, called service again they transferred me to his voice mail. Once talked to him he said he'd check and get back to me in 1 hr, 2.5 hrs later still not a word. Received a text that car was ready at 220pm, Got to dealer at 3-330pm, went to pay. The rep at payment desk said no paperwork, car must not be ready. Finally Service manager came out with paperwork which hadn't been routed yet. Totally UNSAT!!!

When I make an appointment with my service advisor, I’d like to meet them when I arrive, I was served, but not by the person I expected to see, I never even got to see ANTHONY. The service was fine, I usually receive a video of the undercarriage of my car and what was done from the technician, that was not here at this establishment. I did appreciate the direct information from the technician. My car is brand new and I don’t foresee any issues. Just thought I’d let you know my opinions.

I have already spoken with Abel. It should be getting resolved.
But it should be noted that Christian did not live up to the Lexus Escondido name or reputation.
I have been coming to this dealership for many years, and this was the worst service I have experienced in that time.
I do hope that maybe it was just a bad day.
But I would not recommend Christian as an advisor and would ask to not have him service my account moving forward.
The dealership, other advisors and management have all been fantastic.
But my experience in this circumstance with Christian was abysmal.
While Lexus is a luxury brand, it should not be expected of a customer to just spend money blindly.
I was refused the most basic services with no reasonable explanation.
Then refused a reasonable solution, only offered 1 option or to take my issue elsewhere.
Hoping we can come to an amicable solution moving forward.
