Anthony was extremely professional and provided excellent service. He explained the situation in detail, obtained my approval and completed the necessary repairs. I felt comfortable with his expertise, in addition he was compassionate regarding the recent passing of my husband. My daughter will definitely follow up with her car repairs at Lexus.

While everything was taken care of for the maintenance of our Lexus. Jesse absolutely ignored my partner during the whole interaction. He introduced himself and shook my hand -never once acknowledging her. While we sat at his table, he made no eye contact with her. It was basically like she wasn’t there sitting next to me. I kept my patience to not make the situation worse. I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt and not assume it was because she was female or because of her nationality. I expect situations like this to never occur again at this location.
