My car got crashed in the pole by one of the service person. That’s why I answered no to your question. But with regards to Jesse Martin, I’m satisfied with his service, I would say he’s gentle and professional. He respected my choice when i said no to the recommendations that’s he said needed for my car, no pressure. And when he’s telling me and apologizing about what happened to my car, I felt he’s sincerity.
