Unfortunately when my car was returned, it wasn’t washed. It was a noon appointment so I could see why it might not get washed - just as little bit of a bummer. Appreciated that they could fix the issue in the car itself in the short time frame, so that was great.

Not only have I owned every model of Lexus SUV, I am also a former LEXUS employee. In the past with service appointments and as issues arose , I was always sent either photos or video. This time I was not provided this, despite me requesting.. I was quoted approximately $2500 worth of repairs. I hesitantly approved approximately $2100 worth of these repairs. When I asked for the supporting photos or video, I was told that the wire/sensor would be placed in my car at pick up. This could be a wire/sensor from any vehicle… not acceptable. I am well aware of what a chewed up wire looks like, especially by rodent activity. This particular wire was clearly Spliced/cut wire. Absolutely NO signs of a rodent chewing on anything . It is a clean cut. I have kept the wire. I know that Judy Jones has passed away fairly recently, and your dealership is clearly suffering. I will be alerting the local news outlets as well as my social media channels, as I am an influencer. The total of my parts were less than $200 and the labor charged was over $1700. This is beyond absurd and inflated.
