I think it’s better when all papers work are done then call the costumer to pick up the car. I was waiting about 40 minutes to get my car back while it was ready to pick up and it was not a rush hour.

No complaints about Anthony. He maybe new and learning. However for strange reason the service staff had the back seat car folded. The items from the trunk were placed on the folded seats. Yesterday I was in a hurry didn’t notice that when I picked up the car. I had to go there again today to get someone to unfold the car seats. Since 2017 been taken my other Lexus to the dealer, the service staff were excellent. Never folded the back car seats. Don’t know why this time. I was informed that the car battery was replaced. The warranty documents on the new battery was not provided. I was informed that the alarm system was draining the battery that was not even 3 months old so the car partly died and auto locked so the alarm system would be removed. I have not been reimbursed for the alarm system. BTW, I had paid for tint of the car when I bought the car at night and during the day realized the tint in the car was good enough I didn’t need additional tint, the very next day I had called Lexus Carlsbad and asked them not to schedule the tint and to reimburse the money, that money has not been refunded yet, though it’s been over three months. Therefore I don’t know when Lexus will return the alarm money. I had also in person mentioned it to Lexus Escondido service rep, Maryam. The 2nd set of keys was to be provided by March, it’s May, I have not received it yet. The car’s dashboard has gone black twice since I bought it less than 4 months. Sometimes it used to auto accelerates. I don’t feel safe driving it, even though I was informed they changed the battery and couldn’t replicate the other issues. The first time after the dashboard went black, they were unable to replicate the issue. If they had fixed it the first time I didn’t have to take time off of work so many times and lose my vacation time. The second time it not only went black it stopped the engine and auto locked. I had to call roadside assistance to tow the car to the dealer. Since it happened on a Saturday they didn’t have a tow truck with a car wheel lift so they took it on Monday. I noticed that the pre-collision system had greyed out. Not sure why. I was not informed about it. Not sure what other things have been removed.

Tyler and the team at Lexus Escondido were all great to work with! They made the process so quick and easy for me. Tyler handled everything promptly and was very communicative and thorough with the full inspection. Super pleased with not only the work done, but the consistent customer service I received from all team members. Being provided a loaner vehicle was also a huge plus. I even noticed my car had been cleaned up which was such a nice surprise. I will definitely be back at this location for my future car needs. Thanks again!
