Christian was a very nice person to deal with in person but I had a hard time getting return calls. Maybe he was over worked or stretched too thin but when I am waiting to get my car back and the biggest hold up is getting the call from the service rep that is a problem. I dropped my car off at 12:30 on Monday to get inspected. I was notified the next morning via text that there was issues that needed immediate response from me. I called for 2 and a half hours and had to request a manager before I got a return call. From there I waited 4 hours to get a call that I could pick up my car after having the battery replaced and by that time I was already at another appointment and could not get it before service was closed so my car spent two nights. I find that frustrating and can't help but think there is something wrong with the way that was handled.

My service provider, Mark Ciesla, was 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment making me late for work on Friday morning. He never apologized or even acknowledged it. I got a voicemail a few minutes before 5 pm (4:53 pm) on Friday evening saying he was there until 5 and to call or he would be back Saturday at 7 am. I called and left a message for him and texted him on Saturday with no response. I had questions about one of the recommended services. I received a call from someone else on Monday at 4:30 pm saying my car was ready. I picked it up Tuesday morning and the complimentary wash didn’t even look like it was done- if it was, it was a very poor job. There were scuff marks on the car that I did not recall being there. I pointed that out but no solution. I took it home & was able to rub off four black marks on the back passenger side. The service was poor from Mark. He never acknowledged his tardiness and offered no solutions or information to issues and questions. The cashier, loaner car staff, as well as valet staff was great. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this was horrible service.

I signed lease agreement before I was shown the car. I signed that it had 15 miles on it and it had 40. I was asked about our projected arrival time twice and we arrived after a more than 2 hour drive within 5 minutes of my projected time. Michael Boone was busy with another client and kept us waiting quite a while and then quickly tuned us over to someone who was a tech expert. His main advice was to quickly buy an air tag as we would only have 1 key for at least 6 months and if we lost it, it would cost $1000 to replace it. The tech guy didn’t know anything about charging the car so we had to wait for another expert to explain that to us. Michael Boone would not answer his phone to help us. I was promised a 3 month trial of Serius XM but it expired last month, so I now have a hassle to try to get it. I still have no clue how to use the speed limit guild or the lane assist or anything else except to say “hey Siri or hey Lexus “. I went out to the car and couldn’t use my phone as a key even though the tech guy said he paired it with the car. I hope I figured it out. It was a very long day and I still have everything left to do, like attaching the front license plate. For as lovely as the dealership is, I don’t feel like I was a valued customer at all. I even had to pay $5.00 for a “latte “ at the cafe.
