Maybe I am misunderstanding what type of car wash is included with the service. After last appointment, I was dissatisfied with both outside and inside wash and was told I would get a premium wash with yesterday’s service. But when I picked up my car this morning, inside was as dirty as when I dropped the car off everywhere: the front cupholder area and dashboard, back seats and the cupholder, the insides of all four doors, the trunk area. I think the mats may have been vacuumed, but not underneath the mats. I took the pictures of everything and can provide them as needed. I left a cancel for Maryann asking if the car has actually been washed inside, but have not heard back yet. But maybe only the outside wash is included, in which case it’s fine.
Otherwise, the service was great, everything was easy and everyone was professional and courteous.

Hi, i understand that you guys care an aweful lot about this process and taking care of the customer, which is why I’m typing this now to you. I was in fact absolutely satisfied and happy with my visit with you guys this week. Your staff is amazing, everything was so perfect, the only issue was that I had an appointment at 1:00pm, I had a loaner arranged for that time, I was late about 13minutes, I was told to sit and didn’t get called until 1:50pm, didn’t get out of there until after 2:00pm. So that kinda sucked but it’s no big deal at all to me, but someone else may get really upset and since you’re looking for feedback I thought I’d bring this up. I understand these things happen, i admit I did look at my watch a few times but I didn’t leave upset, im happy with the whole visit. Maybe this is the normal wait time and I’m wrong for assuming it shouldn’t be that long, I don’t know, just pointing it out. Ok thanks. YoYou y

I was told I’d have a loan car. Once my car was checked in, I was told there were no loan cars available. I had to go offsite to a rental agency, give them all my personal info, and stand in the rain. The car smelled awful. I had to reschedule an important appointment because I was too late. Had I known this, I would have rescheduled the service appointment instead.

I arrived at 8:00 am on the dot to drop off my car and no one came out to greet me until 8:15. Also never received an update during the day. I had to contact my service advisor via text, and left a voicemail. Wasn’t even sure if my car was ready when I arrived at 5:30 pm and sat in the rental car for 15 minutes until I finally got out of the car and went in to the building to find Jesse to get an update on whether I needed to return the rental or if my car was ready
He never even went over the diagnostic testing or how my car did with the maintenance check
Lastly, when I got into my car to go home, there was a half drunk bottle of water in my cupholder. Would suggest that people working on the car remove their drinks and food before returning it to the customer.

Work and quality were performed in a timely manner. My only minor gripe was the lack of Lexus rentals available, given I had reserved and marked my need for one.
