This was my very first visit to service MaryAnn was courteous and explained everything in detail. The only suggestion I would make is when a person schedules a visit and requests a loaner car, all specific details should be explained beforehand about the process, what info./ documents are needed, and if any costs will be involved ie gas cost / filing up before returning
I was not used to this process having used a rental through a different dealership. Otherwise, my first experience was exceptional!

I was completely satisfied with everything but one small exception. I brought my car in freshly washed and requested no wash. My request was honored. However the windshield and rear window had obviously been wet - perhaps checking the washers and wipers. They both had streaks of dried water/window cleaner looking ???? Could the employee not have cleaned the residual mess that was left?
