Vanessa was very kind and helpful in getting the car diagnosed and in quickly getting a loan car for while my car was in service. That made a big difference in the experience overall.
I am uneasy with the fact that the cause of the malfunction was not found, but am satisfied that they did everything reasonable to address the issue. Were it not for Vanessa's kindness and good cheer through the interactions, I suspect that I would have been upset about the lack of resolution of the problem, so she is a credit to the agency.
