Even though I noted, when I dropped off my car, that I needed my car back no later than Thursday. If things couldn't be done by then, I didn't want to do the extra services. Thursday afternoon I was called and informed my car would be ready Friday due to parts not arriving. I understand that's out of your control but I was leaving the country Friday so I had zero flexibility.
After several phone calls, a solution was found and my car was quickly completed by the end of the day and ready for after hours pick up. While I appreciated that, when I picked up my car, there were greasy palm/fingerprints all over the door where my window is as well as inside. My seat cover was dirty with mechanic smudge and the floor paper mats were still in the car.
It was by far the most disappointing experience I have had with this shop which is not typical for lexus Escondido. I drive out of my way because of the service....

My only “issue” is that it took 45 minutes to get me checked in and out the door with a loaner…seems excessive. Also my appointment was not in the system even though I was receiving text messages several days before to remind me of my appointment…system error? Do I need to check in a day before my next scheduled appointment to be sure I am in the system? Bit frustrating is all.
