My first visit to LEXUS Escondido to receive vehicle service exceeded all expectations. I am glad to have purchased my vehicle from LEXUS and look forward in bringing my vehicle in for my regularly scheduled and routine maintenance checks.

Mr. Lee was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything to my satisfaction. He kept in communications with me each step of the way, and I knew that I had someone I could trust. The man deserves a raise, and you are very fortunate to have someone like him working for you. The only thing I found unacceptable was the pricing. The labor costs were over the top and outrageous. Other than that it was great!

It was my first service experience. I was greeted by a nice young man who walked me over to have a seat in lobby. He said a service advisor would come there to meet me. I waited over an hour. Finally went back to the valet and they said that my car paperwork was not submitted to the service advisor. After a few minutes I was escorted over to Mark’s office. It was now 3:45 and Mark said there would not be enough time plus I had 2 issues I wanted checked. He offered me a loaner which was fine with me but it was due to mistake by Lexus service department. The next day I called at 3:15. Car still not ready. Mark left me a message today (Friday). My appointment was 2pm Wednesday. I do not feel I should have had to stop at a gas station for 3/4 gallon of gas I used to drive home and back. I can understand if I was driving around with the car, but it was a real inconvenience and I wasn’t too impressed by my first service experience. Also I have only put 3,000 miles on the car. I’m sure it wasn’t necessary for $400 in add on services Mark told me about. I felt like I was being sold something when I just wanted my car serviced as part of the Certified package I purchased 6 months earlier. Given the mess up with me sitting there for 1.5 hours for nothing, a more apologetic approach would have been appreciated. Everything else was great and I love the car! Thank you

I am a former service manager with 34 years experience in the industry. Anthony handled my vehicle with courtesy and car. He called me to let me know he would be off the following day and who and when they would be contacting me. A great job. Wish my advisors had done that 100% of the time! He did a fantastic job.
