Christian Burke was an Excellent advisor, professional, and very courteous. He did his best and wenr “above and beyond the call of duty”.
However, don’t tell a customer you’re going to send them to enterprise and then send them to a place called Greenleaf, which was substandard

I didn’t have on time updates on my vehicle service, my appointment was at 9:00 am and I didn’t receive updates until I called around 4pm and waited to receive a call back but after one hour I called again. I was informed that the car was not ready, not even a report from the technician, until the following day before noon I will receive an update. This was a big inconvenience for me, I didn’t have a car loaner. Today’s update at noon was still incomplete, the technician couldn’t identify the noise I reported when I put on the breaks. Finally at 3 pm I was informed that the noise was not detected so I agreed to pick up the car and if the noise appears agape to schedule another revision. More clarity and updates are important more if a regular car service that should take few hours is extended to the next day.
