My wife is the one who brought the car in for service, and she had to wait almost an hour to get her loaner car. When she inquired later in the day, if the car was ready, the response was that yes, you have been notified, however, my wife has not notified. The notification came to me at my cell phone, and I was unavailable and unaware when the text message was sent to me This is after my wife expressly gave her number, not my cell phone number as the contact for when our auto would be ready. Once back at Lexus it was another very long time to get our auto.
When I have brought in my car for service, I have been noticing the same problem with the extremely long waits to get a loaner and to get my service car back. This is not the way, Service at Lexus escondido used to be, but now seems to be more of the norm. I’m sorry to say.
