2 problems. Lack of Lexus rental vehicles (despite earlier reassurance of their presence) and a higher than anticipated cost of service.

Loaner car not available during the service today

Maryann was the epitome of excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never been to a car dealership before that has shown this level of concern and friendliness. I am so happy I bought my Lexus from Lexus Escondido. Maryann made sure all my needs were met and everything was taken care of just the way she assured me it would be. Lexus is lucky to have this young woman on their team!

Everything was good but the waiting times was too long

Jesse was awesome. The experience I received at the service bay this time was not so good. I’ve been bringing my car since 2019. This time, however when I got there, I pull in to the service bay as usual. I live in San Diego close to national city so I do leave early to give myself plenty of time to get there this time I arrive probably 20 minutes early pulled up as usual. I Sat and waited for the service to open. I feel like I was ignored by the service tech that was checking people in. He pulled the sign back to the entrance of the service Bay, which is something different from what I’ve been experiencing previous times that I brought my vehicle totally ignored me, checked in the person That pulled in at 7 o’clock, even though I have been sitting here since 6:40 amjust waiting for it to open. So I felt totally ignored. I felt like he should have at least acknowledge me check me in and then I went to the other tech that was standing at the Service store ask him about the new procedure. He said yeah we checked people in back there now because of the amount of cars which I totally understand. But I felt like I should have been addressed or least acknowledged at this time. Now I am looking to move my service possibly to a location that’s closer to me. I’ve only been bringing my car to this dealership because I feel like the service was awesome even though I have to drive 30 to 40 minutes to get there. I felt like because of this treatment I just don’t feel as valued as a customer anymore.

He took very long to come and get me for the appointment. One lady came to give me water asked for my name to see who was my technician. The. 3 other gentleman came to do the same to go find out who I was waiting for. Very attentive staff
