I had asked that the emergency brake be tightened up and apparently it wasn't done. Now I'm told I have to make a new appointment to bring the car in and I don't feel like I have to be forced to wait around for hours to have someone do the job that they were supposed to done in the first place. Any suggestions as to how this can be taken care of without a waste of my time.
