The overall service provided by Sofia was very good. As far as services on vehicle a few comments.
1) Did not know exterior detail meant inside of vehicle would not be dusted or vacuumed.
2) Although front drivers side rim was touched up the front passenger rim had smaller scratch and was not touched up. I asked to look at all rims for scratches but was told no other scratches.
3) Near the front passenger window controls there was some small red ink. Almost looked like from a red pen.
4) Small amounts of buffing material remained on door edges.
