I just paid $1100+ for a close to 60k maintenance. My car was dropped off Friday morning & picked it up Monday afternoon, only after I texted to check on its status. The gas tank wasn’t refilled ( like it did last major maintenance) & I was told to make an appointment for a premium car wash as it was washed & got dirty from today’s misty weather.

No need to contact me. I prefer Lexus keep to the appointment scheduled. I unfortunately waited ~40 min from my scheduled appointment time before the service advisor met with me. That was after I asked the folks at the loaner counter to check on my advisor as I had been waiting 30 min.
