If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in urgently after hitting debris on the highway that damaged the underside of the car. Worried that if I continued to drive it I would do more damage they quickly did an assessment. I explained my husband had mobility issues and that’s why we had installed a scooter rack on the back of the vehicle. While a loaner was available it would not provide transportation for my husband if something urgent arose. Fortunately I was able to continue driving the vehicle and repair was completed in one day the following week. We recently moved from Washington state and the vehicle was in desperate need of a detail. and I mean “DESPERATE”!!! When I arrived to pick up my car I had a shock……It looked BRAND NEW!!! Thank you to Ben, his Manager, The Mechanics, and The Detail Team. I am full of gratitude and I thank you ????

Service was great and Ben was great. I only checked no so I could leave a comment about the loaner. It smelled of cigarettes. My guess is the person who had it before me smoked. It gave me a headache. Everything else was awesome and I really like your dealership and the service department Mark

Thank you for asking. I've had a Lexus RX 350 since 2012. My car used to be serviced at El Cajon. I came to ESCONDIDO because their quality of service meaning communication with the service advisor calling me back went downhill. Also I cannot get a loaner car anymore only a Lyft ride home and then I was on my own until my car was ready. Today I picked up my vehicle and instead of my service advisor going over every detail that was listed on the invoice. The cashier tried to help me who had no idea what the mechanic meant. I put in two phone calls maybe three to Abel the manager, and he never called me back on my invoices list of repairs that total over $16,000 that I might need in the future and I'm trying to get some answers I have yet to receive any only to be told perhaps it's time to trade in my vehicle. This is not satisfactory to me. It is 7:09 PM and I have been calling since I got home with my car And my invoice to review what was the diagnostic. This is troubling. This is not the standard of the Lexus reputation that I was used to. Yes, I have a nice service center like ESCONDIDO and I did get a loaner car but I have still many questions about what service was conducted on my car, and with the recommendations are for the future quite alarming. I love the Lexus Brown but because of this I'm not sure if I wanna get another Lexus or not once I trade in this vehicle that needs $16,000 in repair and it's only a 2017 and I'm only the second owner. This is really incredible. Not the car that I'm used to or the service.
