Mechanics didn’t even look at the two requested reasons why I brought the vehicle in. Did a whole bunch of extra work to it for zero reason (just to charge me an arm and a leg) and when I told Ben I wanted a refund and that I was going to take my business else where when it comes to vehicle maintenance and he said well we could just give you the loaner for another day… No! That means I have to request another day off to come and deal with something that should’ve been dealt with during the appointment! Should’ve taken it so I could send in a bill for my hours and pay!
WASTE OF TIME! Makes me question purchasing from this dealership if this is the type of customer service they hand out after paying high inflated fees.

My fist experiences here at Lexus Esco. we’re great. Ben is amazing. …. BUT…
Unfortunately, I had over $16k in repairs. I’ve taken my car in to the same place & paid thousands of dollars for service ,& the kicker, I paid w/ a check. I’m a repeat customer. So when I went in to make my payment, I was told that I could not pay with a check! That I would have to come back Monday & give a certified check from my bank! However, if I was to purchase a vehicle I know for a fact a check would be accepted for that but not repairs!?!?!? Also, every single car(5) & Lexus (2) that I’ve ever bought, I’ve used a check to pay for the vehicle. Other dealers in the past even asked me how long do you want us to hold it for? So, just because I’m using a check to pay a large amount you shouldn’t use a check system from the 80’s. I was made to feel stupid. I was belittled. No one had any information to help my situation. This really upset me and I’m strongly considering going to Temecula Lexus.
