Oil & filter for $130.00? Even with a $30.00 off coupon you’re out of your minds. Your estimate to turn 4 rotors and replace brake pads at $1000.00 is robbery. Can get it done in Escondido by certified technicians with American made premium pads for $500.00. And the fact that a vehicle driven exclusively on the highway needs brake service at 30,000 miles is insanity. This is my 4th Lexus and will be my last. Sad

Tyler was very personable and entirely professional, a pleasure to deal with in every way. A leak in the water pump was diagnosed and a quote of $2300. was provided to replace it. Twenty-three hundred dollars?! Doesn't that strike anyone as just a little exorbitant? Good grief, a water pump? I wasn't there for a knee replacement. How could you possibly justify that price? It certainly calls into question the many years of service expenses that I have incurred and just how much I have likely been overcharged. Twenty-three hundred dollars for a water pump?! Shameful.

I will never take my car to escondido lexus again! This is my first Lexus that I have ever owned and trusted the dealership to fix my issues. Instead they just caused more issues and recommended unnecessary things. I took it in for squeaky brakes and sensor issues that they caused by replacing my tires. The car was fine until they replaced the tires and they claim its because my car is old. And the brakes never squeaked until Lexus touched it and now trying to say that the squeaking is normal. I will defintely make sure I report this and spread the word about the worst service I have ever experienced.

The last 3 times I made appts to drop off the car I have waited approx 30-45min to see an advisor which is unacceptable. I spoke to Vanessa about this and I understand 5-10, maybe 25min… but 30-45min is unacceptable. What’s the point of making an appt if you make customers wait approx 30-45min? Vanessa tried to fixed the situation however it doesn’t change the fact customers waiting 30-45min with appts is an on going issue that is not being addressed.
