I am disappointed that the side panels were not covered under my cars warranty. The panels were previously coming off in a different area and was covered. Now they are coming off again in another area but this time they are saying is not covered “because something must have hit it”. I find it hard to believe that something hit the same exact panels on both sides of my car. If this is the second time I am experiencing this, I would think Lexus would want to make it right so it doesn’t keep happening. Very disappointing and I left feeling completely unheard.

Anthony was great.! The car loaner experience took way too long cause I had to go to Enterprise. The appointment should never have been made for this time because the service department was so busy that it took 2 days to do an oil change. Had to come back to Lexus to get something out of my trunk that I needed, thinking I would have the car back same day. Also if I have an 11:00 appointment, it should be within 10-15 minutes, not 30. The best part was Anthony though. He was great to deal with, thorough, and expedient with the process! 5 stars for him!!

Based on my many prior service visits, for the 1st time I am totally dissatisfied. First I sat waiting for a long time. One guy asked my name, left & never said another word even though he walked past me several times. Finally a non service rep said hello in passing. I thanked him for being the only person to even speak to me. Thanks to him, he found an available service rep, informed me & actually escorted me into that reps cubicle. No apology from the rep but at least he was efficient. Then came the crazy squeezing of 5 adults into a tiny sedan for a trip to Enterprise for rental cars. Hour or more later I leave with a truck like suspension Ford that seats 6-8. Day or so later I am back to pay $500+ to retrieve my unwashed Lexus. My worst Lexus service experience ever!!
