Tyler keep me professionally informed of needed work and was careful not to have me do unnecessary work at extra costs. Certainly, when I return to Lexus Escondido, I will definitely request Tyler as my Service Manager.

Brought car in at 8:00 for oil change and possible tires. Had no contact until around 2:30 when I called and then I authorized tires was told it might get done that day. Didn't hear a thing until I called at 2:00 Wednesday and it hadn't been finalized.I couldn't pick up before closing as I had afternoon appointment. I was very disappointed with the service. It shouldn't have taken 2 days and no contact. I don't mind paying a premium for service but expect better.

Chris was great, very nice and helpful. He covered everything that I needed from a service representative perspective. I would be glad to work with him again in the future. I was disappointed in the amount of time spent waiting. I was the first client of the day and two others were out the door before me. I spent over 50 minutes waiting to drop my car off and get back to my day. When I purchased my vehicle I was told that I would be in and out in 10 minutes and I have yet to see that level of urgency. My wife’s experiences at Carlsbad Toyota are far more efficient.

Matthew Ivko did an amazing job in working with corporate to get approval to replace the wireless car charger in my vehicle. The new charger works consistently. He could have easily settled on the response from the technology specialist that iPhones were not compatible with the charger. He took the time to go over & above to make sure a suitable fix could be achieved. Matthew is an excellent asset to Lexus.
