It appears that your level of customer service is declining. During my last 3 service visits I have had to deal with 3 different members of your staff. Not once the person I had requested when making the appointment. In my experience, to build sound customer relationships one has to offer some level of consistency. That’s my 2 cents worth. Tony

The service was completed in a timely manner as promised. The service coordinator was very polite , competent, and accurate in explaining the service provided. I also received service by the technical advisor, Patricia. She was very thorough and patient in her explanation of how to answer my questions. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

After leaving my car at the service department on Saturday, I was told my car would be ready on Monday. At 5pm Monday, having no word about the status of my car, I called and could reach no one. Left 2 voicemails. Independently, not in response to my inquiry, I got a call from Matt Ivko, with whom I had worked previously. He was kind enough to check on my car. He reported that the car was ready and that Ben had not come to work Monday. Apparently when an employee is out sick, there is no system in place to check on his workload. This should be corrected. I have been a customer of Lexus Escondido since it opened. I have always been treated well. Not this time.

Mechanical service was performed just fine and no issues. However, the complimentary car was was incomplete and missed major areas of the rear exterior. In fact, Lexus being a luxury brand should take great care in the way their cars come out of service. Paying nearly $200 for a simple oil change and tire rotation one would expect that the complimentary car was would at least leave your luxury vehicle clean. Subpar for a free service. Next time don’t bother, I’ll have a 6-year old do a better job.
