Overall the service I received was great. Mark did a good job and communicated well. It took longer than expected (waited onsite) - but not too bad.
When I received the car it had grease prints on the white center console and driver door handle (second time this has happened in the 3 services I have received). The team cleaned it off before I left.

The level of service I received regarding a flat tire did not meet my expectations. The tires were purchased and installed by Lexus Escondido less than a month ago. When I explained that the AAA technician did not see any type road hazard damage, I was treated as though it must be damaged while driving and I would more than likely be responsible to pay to install/mount a new tire. There was no apology for the inconvenience of having to bring my car back to fix a faulty valve stem that should have been identified when the tires were installed earlier in the month. I felt the service at that time was less than satisfactory, but gave him the benefit of a good review. I provided adequate information and I do not want to be contacted to further discuss. I will take my business back to Lexus San Diego regardless of distance.
