Sensor part is not reinstall firmly flushed and new part need to be replaced.

Have owned/leased Lexus since 1990. Love the cars and the convenient service. Also, the friendly support staff.
So, I have had numerous service visits over 32 years. This last visit, for my 2019 RC 300F - I opted for just the wash and not the detail i usually do, as the car hasn’t been driven much and not “dirty” enough to justify detailing… When I picked up car, it was not clean. - I was told it had been washed, but left outside overnight. So, they did the job. Technically.
But when I was presented with my vehicle - Looked like it hadn’t been washed at all! It always the small things that say the most about a business. After spending two days for in for servicing and paying close to $1900, a dirty car was what I noticed first. Left me feeling Lexus is no longer concerned about simple “appearances” and customer satisfaction!
Basically told to live with it! It they told me when I called to confirmed it was ready to be picked up - they needed additional time - I would have given them the time. I had a loaner after all!
