I was loaned a 2022 White RX450H with about 10,000 miles while my RX350 was in for maintenance yesterday/today. Just looking for a ballpark estimate on trading in for the 450. I am really happy with my current 350 but am just interested in the cost of the trade.

I had a damaged tire which I reported to Anthony the day it happened. He had me bring the tire in the same day. He then assessed the damage and requested I leave the tire and vehicle at the dealership. He then informed me of what expect, which occurred as he had started. This is the type is service expected and in this case delivered. It was the professional of Anthony that made this a successful experience. I trust him with my future service needs.

I think Sophia was great. She explained everything that we were going to have done. She explained in a way that men don’t usually explain car repairs to women. Men explain what’s wrong with your car as if you were an idiot.
We may be compared to what they know about cars, but we know a lot of more important things that they don’t have a clue about.
I would suggest that you hire more women in the tech department and let them deal with us women. I think you’ll have a Lotta happy customers.
