My car was handed to me without being serviced. I was half way home when everything started seeming like it was not adding up. How would it take 20 minutes for the team to look for my car?, how was the car delivered without being cleaned even after receiving a message that it was being washed? ( had to send it back to be cleaned), why was the dashboard showing I was due for service? With all these clues, I was certain it had not been serviced and had to drive back. And I was right,it had not been serviced.well, it was finally serviced and had to wait, I did get a voucher for lunch but this was at the end of the long wait for service at which time time therestaurant was not serving lunch. This was a terrible failure on quality assurance.

I felt as though the dealership was to busy to help me. They never did fix the problem with the car and never helped me with the radio problem ????. Not very happy with the service. I wish I would have not bought the extended maintenance plan

Took too long to do required service no loaner car available couldn’t find my car took 20 minutes when service was finished kept me waiting again must say the service rep did everything possible to get car finished but took two days to do a simple service I appreciate the coupons to help pass the time it was a busy day but not the same service I normally get at the dealership

They didn't look into whether or not the repair would be covered under warranty. They just gave me the total. I had to specifically ask them to check. They finally confirmed it would be covered. Then they told me the vehicle would be ready by 1pm so I dropped my husband off on my way to work to get it. Then they said it wouldn't be ready for another 2-3 hours (about 4pm). So he took the loaner vehicle back home and I used his car to go to work. Then they said the part wouldn't be in until next week. So they never had the part when they said the car would be ready the same day?? Then the following week they said the car would be ready by COB on Dec 31. We were able to come in on the 2nd, since they were closed on the 1st. On the 2nd they then told me that on the 31st they actually received the wrong part so we had to wait another couple days once again. They could have informed me of this on the 31st! Everybody dropped the ball here. Nobody knew who had ordered what part, where the part was, or when the vehicle would accurately be ready. What a mess. Driving back and forth and nobody knew what was going on. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

Very poor follow up support Vehicle not ready even after 2 days for 5K service !@ I have already paid the service bill, and had to retake the loaner as my car was not ready I cannot expect such a poor customer service from Lexus Escondido I have been a regular client for past 8 years and it has never been this pathetic. I am going to talk to your service manager/ head in person to explain this and get this fixed In parallel, I need to look out for better options for service, if this is going to be the way forward. Thanks
