I noticed a charge of $32.47 on my credit card for Lexus loaner. Curious to see why I was charged? The lady at the loaner desk marked the vehicle's gasoline at 7 and said I can bring it back anywhere in between 7 and 6. All i did was drive it work and back, and the gasoline gauge was in between 7-6. The guy at the loaner desk also said it was fine when I picked up my vehicle. I understand if I was charged to fill up the vehicle back to 7, but being charged the full amount isn't okay. Also, the service tech did not reset the service notification within my vehicle. Would appreciate a response, thank you.

I was very pleased with the attention that Tyler gave me regarding the service of my car. After I brought it in it required additional work which he explained thoroughly, so that I completely understood what was needed, although it added considerably to the total cost of my repairs, I appreciated his patience and willingness to take the time to explain the work needed. Enjoyed working with him and hope to do so again.
