Just picked up my car yesterday 12/13/22 for the 4th time in 8 months and as soon as I got home check engine light came on. I told them to please inspect the vehicle before I stop by because its not the first time this happens. Im just really sad about my purchase, I was told it had warranty but I leave 45 min away and cant be paying for towing every time it breaks. I need other options because the car apparently is not fixable.

I have always worked w/Shaynah and since she left I wasn’t sure if anyone would rise to her standard of service, but Matt met my expectation and exceeded it. Despite making a time-specific appointment for service, it was approximately six hours before starting actual work, and took around two days to complete less than four hours of work. Anthony did his best to make this poor performance workable, but he should not have been put in that situation. It is clear that management has not successfully addressed an obvious serious understaffing condition in the service department. The organization needs to be totally upfront and transparent with Customers before accepting an appointment. An appointment is a commitment between two parties. The service department had no workable plan to fulfill their side of their commitment. In the future, I will take my service business to another dealership.

Another service advisor, ours Anthony lee was at home, was to get back to us about when the car was ready and didn’t. It did not go smoothly. Service didn’t know when it was to be ready. The car was in for a 5000 mile check. We took it in on Friday at 1. We did ask for a few things to be checked. Miscommunication. On Saturday at 11:30 I went in to see what was going on. Spoke with service manager and got the car within an hour. If I hadn’t gone in, who knows when it would have been ready. Someone at one time said it would be ready by Tuesday! This isn’t how I expected my first maintenance experience would go or any maintenance I have in the future with Lexus.
