No assigned service person when making appt
Needed to have a sales person find me a service rep
Check in booth misplaced my paperwork
Service person quick once he got paperwork
Reserved loaner not available and clerk needed to find one. It was unwashed and no gas. She got the gas. I took it uncleaned
Loner service person was unsupported and she interrupted my checkout twice to go help other customers even though there were other persons there that weren’t doing anything and could have helped
Took about 1.5 hours total to check me out. Very disorganized overall and no advanced planning to help an obviously over- booked service schedule.
This is the THIRD and worst service I’ve received such sloppy and slow service from Escondido service. It’s a management and training issue that grossly needs management attention

The people there were very nice (Tyler was nice to me), but this time the service was so terrible, terrible, terrible... terrible! Gave the worst day in the year of 2024.
You guys accepted my appointment, but took long time to check in, then dumped me to Enterprise Rental for loaner car, wasted half day just for check in and loaner car !! Ruined me whole day, caused my whole family mad at me whole day ! Really was a stupid day at the end of 2024!
