My car was towed to Toyota after hours but Matt was still there. He called me to reassure me the car will be checked the following day and sent me all that I needed to get a loaner car in the morning. He then continued to go above and beyond in keeping me informed about what was wrong with the car and how long it will take to fix it. I never got to meet Matt in person but his service was personal and very efficient. Thank you Matt.

I have many miles on my vehicle and the vsclight that i brought the car in for was on so i brought the car in for that plus the car started to run rough once i put the car in reverse. The key was given back to me but was broken while in service. My car stalled at intersection which is not good. I haven't brought back yet. But plan to. David M
