All parties involved from scheduling the appointment, being received by the service department, the coffee, Wi-Fi, massage chair, free sandwich, to the quick exit I was able to make made the whole experience wonderful. I joked that buying car was worth it just for the excellent customer service.

It took an 75 minutes from check in to leaving in the rental car. There was very little communication within that 75 minutes. After watching all of the people I arrived with get taken care of (after about 30 minutes of waiting) I asked at the counter to see if there was a problem. It was determined that Ii was skipped for a person without appt? Once I got in, Ben was efficient and helpful. I was then taken to the rental area where it was utter chaos with NO communication on what was happening. After waiting again and missing an appointment I asked how much longer it would be. They said there was not enough rental cars. If that is the case- let me know so I can make arrangements!!! There were several frustrated people waiting around. I finally got the car but didn’t realize it was a hybrid! It turned out great but again- communicate that it is a hybrid so I understand why it was not starting!!! ( I ended up loving the hybrid- may have to get one for the next car!) I was disappointed that it doesn’t look like they did an inspection that ii though was Listed as a free service - it would be nice to know if they updated my computers or found any issues. They did it last time I brought my car in. Bottom line- I didn’t feel like I was a valued member of the Lexus community- which is how I felt on previous visits. This visit felt like I could have been at a jiffy lube type place ( except they wouldn’t have given me te chance to experience the hybrid! Sorry for typos-‘on phone without glasses!!!

Anthony, my service advisor, was absolutely the top notch. One thing surprised me was my engine oil is overfilled for about 0.5 liter. Although this is common with other dealerships, it is the first time happens to me with Lexus Escondido unfortunately.

I had just filled up my gas tank before bringing my vehicle in and when I picked ut up, it was down to 3/4 of a tank. Only 9 miles were driven in your possession. How is that possible? The back of my car was not vaccuumed. So far, everything else is dine. David is great! My loaner car did not come with a full tank either. I did return it with a full tank though.

First time I was ever told " whoops ..sorry we are out of loaner cars".. had to get my son to leave work and pick me up because I had a work meeting to get to...none of this was Sofia's fault...definitely not the Lexus Escondido experience I had gotten used to the past 8 years.
