While I realize it is not a guarantee to have the vehicle exterior washed and mats inside vacuumed, this is the first time picking up a vehicle from Lexus – – either Carlsbad or Escondido – – that the car was not washed. It was a very end of the day and dark by 5:30 p.m., so I could not see that until I returned home. I do not blame my advisor for this, but for a major service that cost $1600 it seems that the wash would’ve been pretty pro forma.
