Matt's help was fine, but I am starting to be concerned about the organization. Dropped the car off Monday morning for check engine light. Got a call Wednesday that it should be looked at later in the week. I said that was ok but needed it Saturday. Nothing heard until the following Monday. Picked it up Tuesday with light still on and now the VSC lights were on! I think Matt did his best but something is amiss there. Dan Donoghue

Vanessa great, cashier great, rental car people very professional.
Bad cog in wheel is car pick up. Cashier called for my car snd said to wait out front. Stood there for 5 minutes til little guy in black jacket came by and asked if I was waiting for my car. He made a call said it was on way down. 10 minutes later now 3 of us waiting for our cars another guy in black jacket calls again. He says car on ramp on the way. 10 minutes later now 6 of us and first guy comes back calls again for my car. Then it finally shows up!!!!

Sofia was great. She did was she said she will do which is follow up and keep me updated. I visited this location back in August and spoke to another employee Ben Vakarchuk and no follow up or update was done with my needs. i called mulitple times and even spoke to a manager name Joel and again no follow up was completed. This location needs more employee like Sofia. She took down all my concerns and folowed up and finally got issues with my car taken care of. Thank you. Had some delays with the estimate time when my car will be fixed but i definitely understand since Sofia was awesome with communicating with me what is going on.
i myself work with Customer Service, and i wish to deal with Sofia in the future and avoid Ben and Joel. They almost made me question going back to Lexus Escondido because of poor customer service.
