The service professional, Matt was wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say about him. He was attentive, and informative. He answered all of my questions. I felt fortunate to have him assist me. However, I was not happy with my experience getting a loaner vehicle. I was told that I was “next in line” to receive help getting my loaner after I got my service estimate. 4 people were attended to before me,…. I was seated, and saw all of them arrive AFTER I did,…. I did not receive attention until I finally went up to the desk to ask why I wasn’t being helped. There were three clerks at the desk. I waited almost 30 minutes before I got a loaner vehicle. I was not happy about this experience. That service desk needs a better queuing system. You do not slap paperwork on the desk/keyboard of the clerk. That is not orderly and is not organized.

After picking up my car and having new batteries installed in my key fobs, I found that I was unable to open my trunk. I called back and the Service Manager found out how to get it open. Tyler was great to work with; he was very courteous and accommodating.
