The service that I received and the service representative did an excellent job. However when I requested a loader car none was available. However I saw other people getting loaner cars while I sat in the waiting room waiting for my car to be serviced. I found out that you could get a free sandwich at the Cuture restaurant in the lobby. So I proceeded to the restaurant and ordered a ham sandwich more after waiting 10 minutes to get service. The service was very poor and the sandwich was made with stale bread. Just did not leave a good taste in my mouth. I discuss it with your public relations representative and gave her the same information to you

Anthony is my absolute favorite service provider! He’s both friendly yet professional, and always thoroughly explains what’s happening with my vehicle. I do not trust anyone else except him. Love that he’s been with Lexus Escondido for so long too. Also wanted to say that Juan at the front desk was very helpful too. He was friendly with a smile on his face as he helped me get my rental car. Another great experience with Lexus Escondido. This is why I drive all the way to Escondido instead of going to Lexus San Diego. The service is on a completely different level.
