The employees were very good but, I made a appointment for 10am and told it would be about an hour. The car was ready at 1:15 pm if I was told it would be 3 hours there would be no problem. The car was clean and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Worst dealership service experience ever. Individual workers were very nice but your processes are awful. Your handoffs between teams take forever and the customer is left waiting for hours. I would rather drive an hour out of my way to another Lexus dealer than come to your place again. Truly awful. Bad place.

I have one suggestion for improvement. I was informed that my vehicle needed rotors machined flat and could have pads replaced, when the vehicle was “finished “ and ready for pickup (obviously it wasn’t). It would be helpful for the customer, if the inspection report was completed earlier and the customer informed before plans were in place to return the car. We had plans which were postponed and rescheduled in order for the recommended work to be completed. On a personal level, I was disappointed that Matthew was too busy to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, but instead asked another rep to “take care of us” (my words). Overall, completely satisfied with his performance. Just a couple of suggestions for greater customer service/satisfaction. Thanks, it’s been my pleasure having my car serviced at Lexus Escondido. Shaynah was be very helpful. But I am curious why the last 2 appointments I scheduled with Aaron Serrano were taken over by 2 different advisors. Ohh times. Both times said he was off but why would you reservation system allow to book with him?
