Anthony did a terrific job. However, when I bought the car, I was told that it was capable of being Wi-Fi connected through Connected Car with Verizon. I took advantage of a free demo a few months ago, and decided to purchase a plan. I have now paid Verizon for this plan for 3 months, and have not been connected. I’m told by both Verizon and Lexus that this is a Lexus problem. Anthony is trying to find a solution, but so far has had no success. Either my car has this capability or not. Please clarify.

Kept getting the run around and kept providing me different information. Also took way to long to have my vehicle ready. We called the service advisor bailee multiple times and we could never talk to him because he was always busy. Service advisor would only answer text messages and I kept being forwarded to other service advisors or other employees because the service advisor never wanted to talk to me. Very disappointing!

I feel I was riped off, it was not Necessary to resurface the brake rotor pads. The back rotator feel jus the same as the front. The back wheels were not surfaced and they are the same condition as the front. You ripped me off $300.00 . I Want a refund!!!
