2nd time my drivers side Matt’s missing. Never got first one back now they took the weather tech one.

I arrived at 1.20 pm and my car was ready only at 4.30 pm! That was a simple 10k miles maintenance. 3 hours I was waiting and you were not busy at all…there were no lines…cars in your service. It’s never happened before that I would wait over 3 hours for simple maintenance. Also, as I have Lexus app I can see that only at 3.15 you start working on my car. So from 1.20 to 3.15 I was just waiting in your lobby when no one would not even start working on my car. I wish I can come at 3.15 instead of 1.20!

My experience today was quite unsatisfactory. This was my first time getting service at the dealership. My service advisor was fine. But when I called for the service appt last week, I was told the appt would take 1 hour or less. My appt was at 9:30.My service advisor said it should take two hours and kindly arranged for a loaner car. I returned the loaner after two hours and my car wasn't ready. I was told at 12 30 they were washing the car. 45 minutes later I asked where my car was and was told it was still in the car wash. When I was told to go outside and wait for my car, someone checked on why I was waiting so long-- nobody had been dispatched to get the car. The car was dripping water in areas. I finally drove away at 1:45. I would like to know if the prepaid service contract that I purchased when we bought the car requires that I get service at Escondido Lexus, or if I can take the car to other Lexus service centers.

A status update would be appreciated after a few hours of waiting. A text or call wil suffice. Thank you.

Tyler was great, very helpful, friendly, and made sure I got the 15% off I asked for. When I received the vehicle back on Monday, after dropping it off on Sunday I was disappointed for a couple reasons. First off, when approaching my vehicle, my wife immediately pointed out what looked like two large oil stains on the exterior of the vehicle, passenger side rear quarter panel. Additionally, inside the car there were what seemed to be some greasy fingerprints, I’m assuming from the oil change. Also, when we got in the vehicle and turned it on, the radio was turned almost all the way to full volume. I understand sure make yourself comfortable, adjust the seat if you need to, but it’s obvious whoever was working on the car wasn’t being very professional about it. Additionally, my service history states the car was given a complimentary car wash, however, I was not asked if I wanted it washed (it was washed just before dropping it off so I planned to decline), and it was obviously stored outside over the weekend since the outside was pretty dirty. Overall, the oil stains on the paint was pretty bad, and really if you’re going to blast the radio, at least turn it back down when you’re done. I take my car to Lexus Escondido to mainly avoid unprofessional mechanics working on the car, but not sure after that.

It took a very long time to make an appointment. Nobody would call me back after I left numerous messages. I finally had a woman from guest services call and make the appointment for me

Anthony is great to work with. He’s very personable, communicates well and is trustworthy. Everyone at Lexus Escondido is really friendly and helpful. I always have a positive experience taking my car in.
